Training Ride Information:

If you have entered the Cullinan2Tonteldoos MTB Ultra race (29 March 2019) or still contemplating how brave you really are, then this is a MUST do training ride!

It will take you on the second half of the C2T MTB Ultra route, the difficult part, where altitude starts to play its part, where climbing becomes plenty and last but not least, the infamous Korfnek pass that awaits you near the end.

Toughest but most scenic part of the race with tired legs and a humble heart.  This will change your mind , guaranteed!

Additional Information:

Support is suggested on this training ride to follow and meet up with you at every waterpoint, however if you do not have support to follow you then ensure you have someone to drop you off at the start and pick you up at the finish.

Some brave riders have cycled back to the start (unsupported), maybe this is an option for you too?

An additional support vehicle will be on route to transport your luggage from start to finish, but please note that space is limited.

Note: this is not a race but you will receive boards,  or you may use your personalised Bouttime raceboard to be timed to earn your Vitality points.

You may request your time at the finish if you curious about how you did, but timing is not official and will not go on the NTS (National Trail Seeding) system.>
