New Demacon Max Wax MTB Series in Mpumalanga
Mountain bikers can look forward to an exciting new MTB series in Mpumalanga in 2019. The Demacon Max Wax event features 3 events in various superlative locations across the Lowveld and a fourth in the undulating hills of Dullstroom. Cyclists will be spoilt for choice with a wide range of tracks suited to seasoned and new mountain bikers, with every event offering its own thrills and challenges.

Saturday - @ Race Venue from 05h30-Race Start (Credit Card, Cash, Zapper & SnapScan)

- Mountain Spring Spur Sprint shoot out - R60 - 12h00 - 30 & 55km only

Permanent Raceboard/ Custom Race Board
Use our normal entry process to order your race board online, select your "race board type" (Normal Numbered or Customised Raceboard) under the distance field and use the "Club name" field if you would like a nickname other than your First name & Last name.
The winner will be calculated based on the ratio of their weight to their completion time
- You have to enter the P2W to qualify
- All P2W riders will be weighed before the race with their bike
- P2W is only available on the 55km
Sprint Shoot out
The sprintShoot Out is a mountain bike lap race of 500m per lap.
- Winner takes ALL
- Start 12h00
- 3 laps of 500m
- Open to anyone who took part in the 55km or 30km race.
- Prizes to first male and female (R1000)
