The Beaulieu Challenge is an annual fund raiser set to enhance the educational, cultural and sporting experience for the children of Beaulieu Preparatory School and its chosen beneficiaries.
It’s aim is to unite and expand the community interest in outdoor activities and healthy living.
The Beaulieu Challenge aims to leave a legacy of permanent, controlled, safe, secure and sustainable world class multipurpose trail systems for mountain biking, trail running, hiking and walking enthusiasts in the Greater Kyalami Conservancy and surrounds.
This will insure the longevity and protection of the countryside's fauna and flora.
With something for everyone, join us at Riversands Farm Village for great trails, delicious food, craft beer & gin, live music, a market and loads of family fun!

Premises will open at 06h30, first distance will start at 09h00 SHARP
Late Entries & Number Collection: Late/Line Entries & Number Collection will take place at the venue from 06h30 until 5 minutes before the race starts (Cash, Credit Card, SnapScan & Zapper Only). R50 Surcharge on Late Entries.
There will be 2 x pre-registration dates at Kyalami Corner Shopping Centre.

• Diepsloot Mountain Bike academy (DMA) will be providing the bike wash, using Squirt bike cleaner®. Support them by pre purchasing a bike wash ticket @ R50.
Funds raised will go directly to DMA.

Family Race Packages
Family's can enter at a reduced fee whereby they can decide which discipline & distance each family member would like to participate in.
To qualify for a family package:
- All family members must live in the same home
- Must have the same surname
- Kids must be under 21 years old
- Kids must be unemployed
- Minimum of 4 family members

School Challenge:
The winning school will be selected by the results of the TOP 5 in each age category, in both the trail and mountain bike event.
Your school must be selected when you enter online at www.bouttime.co.za in order for your school to qualify.
Late entries will not count towards the results.
There will also be a school participation prize. This will be based on numbers of school children in total, across all events.
