- No Helmet no ride.
- Run is Cross Country/Trail Running.
- Route consists of Mountain Bike trails, Farm roads and Jeep track.
- Relay Teams must enter a team name ie.
- Team - Kit Kat,
- Team - Marais Family
- Team – Die katte
- Choice of Medal or Cold Beer to all finishers older than 18 years.
- Prize giving @ 11:00 with some exciting prizes
- First female and male on long distances (bull and steer) will receive complimentary entries for 2019
- A Pancake to all finishers.
- Timing done by BoutTime.
- Well-marked route.
- Big screen results as you cross the finish gantry.
- Water points on Bull and Steer race only.
- Come and enjoy the day out at the Cowhouse Market with live music and more. The market will be open from 10AM to 4PM.
- Children Play park.
- Race Briefing: 10 min before start of race
- Not Para Du/Tri Friendly

1st Male & Female in the Bull, Steer and Heifer will win a complimentary entry to one GoSport event at the Cowhouse in 2020.
