Event Information
The JHB series consists of 6 events, and if your child participates in a minimum of 4 , they will earn their 'series champion shirt'. All pre-entries receive a goody bag, and all children, a unique badge after their ride.
These fun kids cycling and duathlon events are hosted at child friendly cycling venues across Gauteng.
When: 10 March 2019, Sunday.
Premises will open at 06h30, first distance will start at 08h00 SHARP
Late Entries & Number Collection: Late/Line Entries & Number Collection will take place at the venue from 06h00 until 5 minutes before the race starts (Cash, Credit Card, SnapScan & Zapper Only). R50 Surcharge on Late Entries

- 15km race (kids go it alone) - R190 - 08h00
- 10km race (kids go it alone) - R190 - 08h05
- Power Duo = 2km run, 10km bike, 1km run - R190 - 08h10
- Mid Duo = 1km run, 5km bike, 500m run - R190 - 08h20
- Lite Duo = 500m run, 2km bike, 250m run - R190 - 08h25
- 10km fun ride (parents can run/ride with their kid - R190 - 08h35
- 5km fun ride - R190 - 08h40
- 2km fun ride - R150 - 08h45
Whilst this is a fun series, we aim to entrench good riding etiquette while fostering a love for the sport. Skills courses are also offered whereby we teach valuable riding skills in small focused groups.

If you haven't purchased a timing board at the 1st event, you will need to do so for this event. It's a once off cost, and is your very own number board with timing chip affixed to the back. This you will keep and bring to the next Like2Bike event. All participants will need to purchase a board, and everyone will receive a time and result at the end of each event. Do not loose it, otherwise you will need to purchase another one!
